In a cabinet meeting last week the president expressed surprise that people were “still talking” about Epstein, later pleading with his base to “not waste time and energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about”.

 

How wrong he was. It turns out loads of people care about Jeffrey Epstein – particularly the people who support Trump. It was something Trump addressed on Wednesday, when he explicitly attacked his supporters in a post on Truth Social. “​​My PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bullshit,’ hook, line, and sinker,” Trump wrote.

 

He added: “I have had more success in 6 months than perhaps any president in our country’s history, and all these people want to talk about, with strong prodding by the fake news and the success starved Dems, is the Jeffrey Epstein hoax. Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, don’t even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don’t want their support anymore!”

Interesting.  When it comes to spoon feeding billionaires & multinationals endless welfare, supporting endless war & empire, insider trading, backing genocide & Israel… and suddenly dismissing Epstein as a distraction, as nothing to worry about… the Pedo-Uniparty is united.  As pointed out by the Grayzone, that’s how it played out this week after Trump trashed his base of support, with his Commerce Secretary, Howard Lutnick, cracking up, nay, losing it, by his side.  Poor old Howard, once Jeffrey Epstein’s neighbor, couldn’t contain himself, as Trump railed against the MAGA faithful, who had the audacity to demand transparency in regards the Epstein documents. Trump mysteriously can’t fathom why so many Americans -- center, left, and right -- are so deeply interested in a suicide (more likely a murder), where Trump, America’s and Europe’s famous, et al., were so very close with Epstein, who procured underage women and girls for sexual abuse.  Basically, a suspicious suicide occurred that conveniently meant the dead Mr. Epstein could tell no tales.  Why wouldn’t the American people want every scrap of evidence on this case, it’s their right.  This is after all, a government by and for the people… not by and for billionaire & multimillionaire pedos.  Is it not?

 

Nor was MAGA the only Americans interested in a full accounting and the revelations of the Epstein documents.  To head off a revolt on the Demo side of the aisle, the Queen of Day Trading, Nancy Pelosi, got in on the act and called Epstein a “distraction.”  But how can Epstein, as portrayed by the corporate media, be a distraction?  Epstein was a financier and a pimp, convicted of procuring a child for prostitution in 2008 and was charged again, in 2019, with sex trafficking and a conspiracy to traffic minors.  A grand jury indicted Epstein for bringing scores of underage girls into his mansion for sex.  Hundreds of photos of nude girls, perhaps more, discs, were found at the time of the Epstein bust and the Manhattan mansion was wired for filming powerful figures having sex.  Nineteen days later, Epstein was dead.  A tape released to persuade the public that Epstein’s death was a suicide has a two minute and 53 second gap, that’s how incompetent the bunglers are in the Trump administration.  It’s like reading about Nixon and the DNC break-in.  They, the Trump Administration, can’t even be bothered to manufacture evidence and misinformation properly, because they simply don’t care.  Welcome to age seventy-nine, Donnie.  Trump is now suing the Wall St Journal and reporters, perhaps with the underlying goal of shutting down all future reporting on the matter.  That’s how much trouble Trump and the establishment are in.

 

The details of Epstein’s sordid life, along with his partner’s, Ghislaine Maxwell, have been reported on repeatedly, in countless news stories… along with story, after story of powerful figures caught up in Epstein’s web.  (From Trump to Clinton, billionaires, oligarchs, Bill Gates, Leon Black of private equity fame, and Prince Andrew… etc., etc., etc.)    Which explains why corporate media, a mouthpiece for the establishment, nearly universally, supported Trump and Pelosi with “nothing to see here, folks.”  The establishment media blamed “conspiracy theories” and Trump feeding those theories to MAGA to win the election.  But conveniently left out by corporate media was that anyone reading MSM outlets, since the original Epstein conviction, knew something exceptionally strange was going on, just by the sheer volume of Epstein stories and interest.  The stories in ’08 broke like a thunderclap, who was the schoolteacher who amassed a fortune and hung out with the rich and powerful?  Now, a convicted pedophile.  At the end of the day, the MSM fed the country’s interest surrounding Epstein and desire for justice, at least as much as online influencers and politicians.  

 

As for the blowup and schism among the MAGA faithful and Trump, The People don’t appear to be having it.  And this storm is not likely to blow over anytime soon.  Trump will need to invest in and spin something particularly fiendish and nasty to distract an enraged public away from the Epstein story.  Refreshing.  Online, followers are burning their MAGA gear, and Trump supporters and influencers, who sold their soul selling Trump as the second coming, appear ready to commit harikari or seppuku.  Americans appear done.  They’ve been screwed repeatedly by a government, oligarchy, and two-party system that does not serve the nation or its people… not only do Dems and the GOP not serve them, but the duopoly exhibits nothing but complete contempt for the American people, while engaged in crime, after crime, after crime.  Taxation… private and public… without representation and a two-tiered economy, government, and judicial system?  These are the very characteristics of a government that enrages its citizens and ignites revolutions. 

 

Failure to release the Epstein documents, audio, and footage wasn’t the first time Trump broke his promises, and it sure won’t be his last.  Trump has already failed MAGA and tens of millions of Americans on countless promises nearly six months into his second term… and Trump micturating all over his base of support appears to have been the last straw for many.  So much losing for the lame duck or future dictator… Trump has already dismissed his promises on affordability, inflation, ending the Ukraine war, stopping the genocide in Gaza… it was all sold as a leaking, reeking package of lies to get elected.  DOGE a scam.  DOGE didn’t address the great gaping maw of an insatiable Pentagon, or any of the no-bid contracts that billionaires and multinationals are so fond of.  There will be no accounting, there will be no scrutiny of how money is funneled to Silicon Valley venture capitalists, war contractors, or Wall Street.  There will be no accountants and auditors descending upon: military contractors, the Pentagon, forensically going through the receipts of endless innumerable wars… no long overdue review of the insurance companies’ books that forever leech off Medicare, Medicaid, and the for-profit death sentence that is private healthcare insurance.  Instead, regulators who protect the public, hardworking federal employees, and gov bureaus that had yet to be privatized… or gov agencies of the New Deal progressive persuasion… received Musk’s roaring chainsaw.  And there was the Medicaid massacre and countless other cuts, essentially attacks upon the American people, to help pay for tax cuts and welfare for the rich and powerful.  Trump’s pledge not to cut Social Security & Medicare services gone with the wind.  

 

The American people were fed a pack of lies by Trump and his influencers… so that Amerika’s Pedo Kingdom, a kingdom by and for the oligarchy, could loot with impunity and steal more and more.  Hypocritically, Trump and his administration’s lust for socialism, for the privileged and powerful, knows no ends.  Entirely hypocritical because Republicans love to attack persons or politicians that threaten America’s maximalist economic paradigm: socialism for the rich & powerful, bootstraps and poverty for everyone else.  Meanwhile, debt and deficits spike, at the same time Trump attacks the Federal Reserve relentlessly.  Trump demanding more of the ultimate source of America’s countless problems: free money.

 

So, all this could have been at the back of MAGA’s and the American people’s collective mind, as they revolted against the MSM’s, Pelosi’s, Trump’s latest sales pitch, spin, and vicious lies. Treated so poorly from Reagan forward, increasingly so, Americans are looking to hold the power elite accountable.  Pedos raping children, billionaires looting the country, Americans screwed as AI gets ready to cut more jobs, endless wars, Palantir privatizing the federal government, the trashing of the once almighty dollar so Trump and his cronies can get filthy rich off crypto and privatized monetary policy, the war waged against Americans daily - with a police, ICE, surveillance, and mass incarceration state, a foreign government & AIPAC lobby that’s hijacked Congress and US foreign policy in the Middle East and turned politicians into babbling idiots… where the f*ck does it all end???

 

Trump of course, is winning for the only interests that count, Trump and his wealthy donors.  Tax cuts for the rich, check.  Tariffs increasingly seen as a means, not to bring factories home, but yes, as a means to transfer yet greater wealth from an impoverished public to Trump and his cronies. Check again.  Endless for-profit wars, even though Americans are overwhelmingly done with war, yes indeedy.  Pleasing the apparent parties, who are allegedly the beneficiaries of Mr. Epstein’s work… the Israeli government… hell, Bibi is so happy that he gets to genocide endlessly, on the American taxpayer’s dime, the Israeli PM has nominated Trump for a Nobel peace prize (as the bombs rain down on Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, the Ukraine, Russia, and Iran). BBB, Genius/Crypto legislation, the $9 billion recission to Bert and Ernie and foreign aid, it’s all here… the harder Trump loses for the people, the bigger the wins for AIPAC, the deep state, oligarchy, SV, and Wall St.  And yet, Trump couldn’t resist burning his bridges.  His mental & physical decline becoming increasingly obvious.

 

So much winning.  “Winning” that the American people have zero say in, representation in, and overwhelmingly don’t support.  But the message to America is suck it up, forget about it, back to the chain gang … we, the establishment, have absolutely ruined your lives, the bottom 70%, don’t you have other pressing matters to attend to, like paying off medical debt, doing your best to meet next month’s rent?

 

This too, could have been on the American people’s mind… as death’s twilight kingdom, America’s Pedo Kingdom descends and eliminates all sunlight, disinfectant, and hope… yet alight with the flames of a burning planet (courtesy of endless war and fossil fuels).  Trump and the establishment continue to place a noose around the American people’s collective throat: with medical bankruptcy, gaslighting and lies, the elimination of Medicaid, jobs that don’t pay a living wage, higher tariff taxes, the continued looting of the economy and state, and catastrophic national debt, all so the oligarchy’s power can grow like cancer.  It’s not as overt as the genocides in Gaza and the Ukraine, but it’s happening to the American people too… as fast as you can say: “Trump lies.”  Maybe Shakespeare was right: “Hell is empty and all the devils are here”? 

 

What happened to this world or perhaps more appropriately, are we already in hell?

Trump and his coterie of oligarchs & sycophants are celebrating this evening.  

 

Congress passed Trump’s Big, Beautiful Abomination (BBA) and it’s a complete abortion.  BBA of course, has the hallmarks of a banana republic and totalitarian dictatorship: funding for ICE and a police state that rivals the entire defense budgets of nation states, check; a catalyst for the explosive growth in the ICE incarceration state, yes; financed tax cuts and corporate welfare for the rich, check; trillions more added to the national debt, deficits, and the trashing of the once proud and almighty dollar, double check; the gutting of social services, healthcare (Medicaid), and food assistance (SNAP) that barely kept America’s working poor alive in a necro-economic & necro-political twilight, triple check; Big Daddy setting the table for crypto’s continued rise, as the dollar is increasingly debased, yes again; and there’s so much more.  Like immigrants, Trump and his posse will soon be coming for you; like Medicaid, they’ll soon be coming for Medicare and Social Security.  BBA is just one more signpost on America’s highway to authoritarian hell. 

 

What?  You think that’s a reach, the US walking away from its debts and obligations?  Trashing the currency so as to justify walking away from Medicare and Social Security?  A coup at the FED?   It’s happened before, see Weimar Germany.  Where the German establishment did just that: printed money like it was going out of style until it became worthless.  Ultimately, reneged on its negotiated obligations from the Treaty of Versailles.  Set off hyperinflation and then a deep dark recession, the catalyst a global crash which started on Wall St.  German retirees and workers holding a currency, German marks, that had become worthless.  This of course, is the same Trump, who was said to have kept a copy of Hitler speeches & German history by his nightstand.  The very same Big Daddy that ran up $8 trillion in national debt in his first term, plus another $4 trillion in funny money to bailout Wall St, yet again.  The godfather of bankruptcy and debt, Donald Trump…  trash the dollar, leave Social Security & Medicare for dead, screw over Americans who hold their savings and retirement money in U.S. dollars?  Trump, billionaires, and Wall St would never do that, although it wouldn’t be out of character and Medicaid appears to be just the beginning. 

 

Perhaps both programs, Social Security and Medicare, will ultimately survive in some privatized form, administered by BlackRock and Blackstone?  What could possibly go wrong?

 

Just like America’s predatory elite would never offshore the U.S. economy, offshore American jobs & the tax base, take advantage of labor from the Global South, and dump indentured labor and slave labor manufactured products on U.S. shores.  Just like America’s bankers and Wall St. wouldn’t trash the economy in 2008, kick Americans out of their homes and investments in real estate, after Wall St had been bailed out with trillions in taxpayer money, the banks further consolidated, made more powerful, leaving Americans with the IOU and absurd sums of debt.  The American mafia would do none of these things, certainly not plot to destroy Medicare and Social Security… the same mafia that is presently tearing up trade agreements and shaking down allies and purported enemies alike… and doing its damnedest to force Canada, Greenland, and Panama to become American colonies, protectorates.  The same two-party system & SCOTUS that has shredded the Constitution and is kicking in doors, shoving Americans and immigrants into unmarked vans w/out explanation, identification, or warrants, and sending legal residents and immigrants to El Salvador and coming soon, Alligator Alcatraz.  If there’s not a social credit score for everyone, there soon will be… thanks to Palantir.

 

After all, El Comandante Trump is a righteous dude.  Notice, amidst the wreckage and ruin of BBA and soaring national debt, there’s never enough money for the empire, an unaudited DOD, war contractors, our military base in the Middle East, the State of Israel (and the billions in welfare and weaponry our colonial outpost hoovers up).  Socialized housing, free college, free medical care… that’s perfectly unacceptable for the American people.  Why, why…  that’s socialism… the same socialism American multinationals and oligarchs avail themselves to constantly, continuously, and under BBA (to wit, the endless transfer of taxpayer wealth into the hands of a predatory few).  The very same socialism, redistribution of wealth that Israel is addicted to and depends upon, that is the socialized housing, free college, and the free medical care Americans are denied. 

 

And why was this abortion of a bill passed through the house & senate in record time?  Trump is sinking in the polls, losing his base, losing America… Trump has failed on all his major promises and desperately needed a win: affordability, inflation, reining in corporate greed, ending wars, and genocide.  Big Daddy desperately needed a victory (even if it is pyric in nature).  Trump’s time, his window of opportunity, appears remarkably short, which explains the extraordinary powers granted him by BBA and SCOTUS and the steady erosion civil liberties and freedoms surrendered by the public.  Hence, the need to pass the Big Beautiful Abortion now, all the better to get the for-profit concentration camps & gulags built, before the Dems get another at bat and do absolutely nothing about BBA. 

 

GOP and Dem cruelty and lies know no limits, they both serve money, themselves, and kleptocracy, and the American people and country don’t even register.  The American people increasingly, being little more than something to be controlled, exploited, manipulated in a necro-economic & political experiment.  Which begs the question, if the powers that be are willing to trash Medicaid & SNAP, how long before they dispense with crony democracy, the congress, the senate?

 

What’s so interesting & stunning about the Medicaid & SNAP cuts that billionaires & corporations obviously lobbied for … so that the wealthy could receive more tax cuts & corporate welfare … is that many corporations grossly & deliberately underpaid and failed to provide healthcare programs for their employees; and instead, relied upon the gov to feed & provide Medicaid for their employees.  You know, to keep the workforce alive.  This was a direct subsidy to corporate bottom lines, PURE PROFIT.  Now, with SNAP & Medicaid gone for millions… wealthy employers will likely face higher absenteeism, employee turnover, higher training costs & expense… as their employees literally drop dead or underperform from lack of food, shelter, & healthcare. Perhaps many CEOs are gambling on AI, immigrants, offshored labor to pick up the slack?

 

The complete opposite of Trump’s stated aims?  Something about making America great again?  A restoration of the middle class, a chicken in every pot?  That’s not happening.  Trump, the GOP, and the kleptocracy for which they stand are making millions of Americans poverty stricken again, as in Depression level, 1930s Great Depression era mass poverty, again.  That certainly appears to be the trajectory were on.  Most likely for ease of control and manipulation. Best to keep the slaves down.  Many Americans are already there, living out of their cars.  Poverty is a useful to tool in the hands of psychopaths.  

 

Workplace injuries & illness will likely skyrocket, as a result of Trump’s Big, Beautiful Abomination… As workers are pushed to the limit & with no recourse in regards healthcare, utilize workers’ compensation insurance.  Fifty percent of Americans could not access quality healthcare before BBA, American for-profit healthcare is the number one cause of bankruptcy.   And with that uptick in uninsured workers, huge increases in workers’ compensation premiums & rates will undoubtedly follow, as again - Americans avail themselves to the only accessible form of health insurance available. 

 

So, why would American and foreign capital return to the United States to set up shop… to build factories?  When Americans increasingly, can’t afford health insurance or are kicked off Medicaid by their own government.  When Trump’s tariffs are likely to set off more inflation and as likely, subsequently, a technical recession?  With Trump jacking tariffs to the moon one day, only to go full TACO the next, or vice versa?  

 

For such a transactional individual and alleged genius… who has our back… it’s strange that Trump has not billed and charged the beneficiaries of America’s empire and obscene military spending.  Why hasn’t the U.S. charged the banks, big oil & gas cos, corporations, defense contractors & Wall Street firms, who benefit & profit immensely from having the US military in the Middle East and around the globe, as well as, a never ending river of military funding for Israel and the Ukraine?  Why indeed?  Americans certainly aren’t the beneficiaries of empire, quite the opposite.  The empire means endless austerity, grossly underfunded public education & services, for-profit healthcare, never enough money to fund programs like SNAP… and an early grave for millions and millions of Americans.  The empire is a death sentence for democracy and the United States. 

 

And of course, there’s the ultimate money pit, Israel.  If the empire & U.S. military are nothing but the enforcer & muscle for corporate America, NATO, & the State of Israel, why hasn’t Trump issued a bill to corporate America, NATO, the State of Israel, and Wall St.?  

 

Perhaps that’s coming with the pending shakedown, the Mar Lago Plaza Accords, and the imposition of unsustainable American debt upon the world?

 

 

 

It’s like America is trapped in a time warp… stuck in the 80s… with the greed is good ethos and forty-five years of Reagan.  You’d think we’d learn by now.  Obscene sums of capital & oligarchy have delivered nothing for America but poverty, gentrification, a police state, wage and wealth inequality, a failed two party system - wholly unresponsive to the nation's real needs, catastrophic national debt… and the decimation & elimination of what made America truly great, a life worth living, a civil rights movement, a flawed but functioning government, a single earner wage that paid for the American dream, affordable housing and food, hope for a better nation, and a once thriving middle class (that was just starting to extend the economic & political franchise to those Americans, who have been badly abused, since the nation’s founding).  

 

At this point, the many that still believe billionaires walk on water and are something to look up to, appear defective, suffering both a deficit in logic and reason.  Capital, greed, and oligarchy are repugnant… its ranks filled with evil, venal men & women.

 

The lesson learned from the last forty-five years: taxing concentrated wealth and power out of existence is key and crucial, if America is ever to regain or obtain its freedom.  Ending the empire and our alliances with Israel and NATO, again, critical, if America is ever to achieve its democratic ideals.  And the same can be said of exorbitant privilege, but these reforms are not likely to be enacted unless Americans demand them.  These simple reforms could likely stave off a possible revolution.  Adults are willing to accept all manner of abuse, but something transformative often happens when they see their children go hungry & suffer. 

 

If America’s power elite didn’t believe a revolution was possible… as a direct result of the class warfare they wage daily… why the mass incarceration state, the police state, the surveillance state, and panopticon of digital surveillance?  Why the cop cities and gator concentration camps?

 

Why is the oligarchy so afraid?  Perhaps for the same reason too many caucasians are fearful of brown and black skinned people?

We are living in dark times. 

An era where comity, cowardice, and abject failure to address a burning planet, fossil fuels, genocide in Gaza, and an American psychotic are treated as leadership and a win. 

The G7 was a disaster this week, and arguably, Mark Carney’s entrance onto the world's stage, as PM of Canada, was marked by timidity if not outright cowardice.  Canada and the world have several crises going presently, among them: a climate crisis; big oil & gas catastrophe, that is responsible for the climate crisis; a deranged U.S. president; a neoliberal economy that is generating widespread poverty & soaring inequality; genocide in Gaza and the West Bank; a new war with Iran; and a completely genocidal & lawless Israeli regime.

And did any of this make Carney’s G7 agenda… crickets, deafening silence.  To anyone observing closely, the entire G7 event appeared to be an advertisement for Western decline.

Trump came, he made sure the G6 dutifully genuflected & scraped, and he left to attend to Bibi’s latest war in Iran.  Straight up, it’s hard to feel sorry for Canada, Europe, or the UK.  The Group of Six sat around for decades and let Americans foot the bill for the EU’s and Canada’s defense… assumed the free ride would last forever. 

Canada, the EU, and UK had zero to say when America went on an orgy of endless defense spending, ran up trillions in debts, fought insane aimless wars, murdered with impunity… as long as the free defense/NATO ride continued.  Did it ever dawn on decades of Western leaders that the free ride, the free lunch never lasts, that they also had a stake in a stable, sane, fiscally & monetarily solvent United States?  There’s little doubt that America’s strongest allies, Canada and the Europeans, are in many ways just as responsible for the bankrupt disaster America has become.  Not once did it occur to America's closest allies & friends to pull America over and have a conversation about its debt & deficits, empire, greed, and the trashing of the U.S. dollar?  Now, Canada and Europe are between a Trump and a hard place and playing catch up on defense spending.  What was it Kissinger said: “It may be dangerous to be America’s enemy, but to be America’s friend is fatal.”

Now, predictably, desperate Americans have placed a would-be messiah, a demagogue, a charlatan in the White House… not unlike, for anyone paying attention, the Weimar Republic, Germany in the 1930s.  As the Federal Reserve’s & Treasury's printing presses burn, Weimar style.

This week, we saw how feckless & worthless the annual Group of Seven meeting has become.  A Group of Six frauds… "leadership"… stand around for photo shoots, looking at the ground, fearful of upsetting the tyranny that is kicking in their front door, fearful of the psychotic that is raging on their doorstep.  An opportunity missed for an intervention?  Not good.  Leadership?  Hardly.

Good times, good times.

 

 

With allies like this, who needs enemies.  Men and women too fearful to speak up?

On June 12 and 13, Israel initiated its war with Iran, based upon an unsubstantiated nuclear threat, lies that Israel has been perpetuating for decades to suck the United States into another Middle East war.  The fact that Israel has the only nukes in the Middle East and is a threat to every country in the region is conveniently swept under the rug by the corporate MSM… the fact that Trump’s Director of National Intelligence and the American intelligence community have said Iran is not building nuclear weapons is swept under the rug.  Obvious comparisons to WMD and the rush to the Iraq war follow.

Israel’s military strategy in Iran is merely continuation of what we’ve seen since Oct 7, 2023: Whereby an old, corrupt Israeli leader… who is wanted on war crimes in the Hague and is presently being tried on corruption charges in Israeli courts… has invented yet another pretext for war to keep himself on the throne and out of the courtroom & prison.  Bibi just told Israeli judges he’s too ill to be tried for corruption, but clearly King Bibi is not too sick & ill to start WW3.  Unfortunately, Bibi is fully backed by the American gov, Dems & GOP, and the tyrant in the White House.  Said tyrant now seems hellbent on dragging America into another endless Middle East war, despite having campaigned as Mr. America First and ending wars & genocide.

True to form, predictably, Netanyahu, recognizing that his colonial and genocidal end game in Gaza is drawing ever nearer, began to bomb Iran, looking for a new distraction & justification to keep himself out of the courtroom (in an all too familiar pattern).  An unprovoked Iran no more a threat to Israel than the Palestinian prisoners in Netanyahu’s Gaza death camp… a camp where the slaughter continues.  The Zionist regime so morbidly ghoulish that the military has resorted to gunning down famine victims in a caged, penned hunt.

As for Iran, Bibi and Trump are on autopilot, repeating another 1953 disaster, when the Americans and the British overthrew a democratically elected Iranian government (and installed a bloodthirsty tyrant, the Shah of Iran).  At this point, I no longer see Gentile or Jew.  I see white Europeans… doing what white Europeans always do best.  Waging vainglorious campaigns of hate, endless war, bloodshed, and murder… against brown skinned people, against the Global South.  Wars of domination and subjugation… of slavery or else.  That appears to be exactly where Bibi and Trump are headed: the Middle East reduced to a sea of vassal states, petrol dictatorships, an ocean of slavery and subjugation, an Israeli - Middle East technate or a regional hegemon.  Every American and Israeli accusation against Middle East governments, a projection of American and Israeli crimes.

And back at the G6 nada, zilch, zip.  Trump was right about one thing… want to make the G7 relevant again?  Invite China and Russia.

As for a United States in crisis… Americans are beset on all sides by a failed, entirely corrupt two-party system, a democracy that is an outright fraud, and a predatory oligarchy playing puppet master inside a nation that has, and continues to be, looted …

It's becoming increasingly clear America will never be free as long as we have ties to Israel; America maintains the imperial war machine and empire; the U.S. is cursed with exorbitant privilege; and billionaires are allowed to buy the government.  And as Canada and Europe ramp up defense spending, the same fate will likely befall these countries (and already has – see the Ukraine & the EU's & UK's dutiful support for Israel’s genocide).  Eisenhower warned about this in his farewell address, the military industrial complex, the ultimate marriage between the private sector & the state, takes on a life of its own.  The wartime economy and endless colonialism, genocide, and murder are a direct threat to democracy: Military Keynesianism.  And, of course, George Washington, the nation’s first president, warned of foreign alliances & entanglements.  (See also the often written about alliances that set the catastrophe that was WWI in motion.)  Smaller nations are often well served by alliance, the citizens trapped inside a murderous empire are not. 

From any sane perspective, alliances with Israel & NATO and the American empire are dangerous things: tripwires for guaranteed conflict & the endless fraud & profit taking that is war.  These alliances & security guarantees help ensure America is constantly at war, that deficits and extraordinary national debt reach catastrophic proportions; these alliances & empire ensure colonialism, blood, genocide, murder, and necro-politics remain America’s number one export, outside of our cataclysmic debt.  They ensure Americans are born into this world indentured, constantly bombarded with half truths, lies, omission, & propaganda from their own government, with 60% unable to afford the basic necessities of life.

The American deep state, the global empire, and Israeli & NATO alliances guarantee the American economy is robbed, Americans face endless austerity, and badly needed social services are eliminated.  While traitors without morality or any redeeming value … that is to say, individuals of zero extrinsic or intrinsic worth… grow fat and rich, assorted scum: bankers, billionaires, multinationals, politicians, war contractors.  The usual suspects.

And the irony?  The ultimate in gallows humor?  America just saw Trump and his sidekick, Elon Musk, spend the first 130 days of Trump’s second term gutting social spending, social programs, laying off thousands of government workers, attacking and destroying regulatory bodies (investigating Musk and his rich friends), privatizing government for the exclusive benefit of Trump’s wealthy donors, and the consolidation of power… BECAUSE AMERICA IS BANKRUPT.  All so that Team Billionaire could enjoy greater: transfer of taxpayer wealth; tax cuts; greater consolidated power over data, government, and The People; more for-profit wars, murder, & violence.  

Which brings us to the question conservatives & the establishment love to bring up when there are expenditures that are, in their poisoned minds, inconvenient: How will America ever pay for Bibi’s endless-wars, the DOD, the MIC, the welfare state for billionaires?  How?  If we are completely honest with ourselves, America can no longer afford the empire, Israel, NATO, or the scum of the earth, America's kleptocratic oligarchy, but DOGE is not noted for its honesty, transparency, or investigating the DOD or Medicare & Medicaid fraud.  Interesting, how those industries... war contractors, Palantir, the billionaire space program, and healthcare insurers... all evaded Musk’s and DOGE’s keen eye.

An empire in terminal decline is a very ugly thing. Has there ever been a more murderous nation or poorly mismanaged nation?  Bestowed, graced with infinite gifts… thrown away on greed, murder, oligarchs, pirates, war profiteers, and Wall St thieves.
